Michael Neusaenger
Michael Neusaenger is a Florida native who was born and raised in Orlando. Before completing his undergraduate education, he served in the United States Navy as a Nuclear Field Electronics Technician. Following his military service, Mr. Neusaenger earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Central Florida and subsequently completed Law School at Barry University’s Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law.
Mr. Neusaenger is a Founding Partner of Cambo Ferry, PLLC. For more than six years, his practice has been devoted exclusively to First-Party Property Insurance Defense. He represents property insurers in both pre-suit and post-suit matters, with a primary focus on Commercial Property insurance claims. His current practice includes almost exclusively the defense of claims arising under Commercial Residential Policies, Business Owner Policies, Commercial Property Insurance Policies, and Builder’s Risk Insurance Policies.
Through his concentrated practice in first-party commercial property insurance, Mr. Neusaenger has developed a deep understanding of the legal, technical, and practical issues unique to this area of law. In addition to his commercial practice, he regularly consults and conducts engineering and other expert depositions for residential property insurance claims. His scientific and technical background enhances his ability to evaluate complex causation issues and effectively analyze expert opinions, providing added value to insurer clients.”
