
Robin Pero
Robin Pero was born and raised in upstate New York. Ms. Pero attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Ms. Pero obtained her juris doctorate degree from the University of Akron in 1992.
During law school, Ms. Pero served as Research Editor on the Akron Law Review and clerked for an Ohio Circuit Court Judge and the City of Akron Law Department.
After graduating law school, Ms. Pero relocated to the Tampa area where she was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1993. For more than thirty years, Ms. Pero has represented insurance carriers in first party property disputes involving homeowners.
Her experience includes the defense of first party breach of contract actions involving sinkhole, plumbing, hurricane and roof claims. Ms. Pero also spent a significant part of her career defending insurance carriers against first- and third-party bad faith litigation.
Ms. Pero is licensed to practice in New York and Florida as well as the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida.

Elif Dreesbach
Elif Dreesbach was born in Istanbul, Turkey but has been living in Central Florida for over 25 years. She is an Associate with nearly a decade of experience representing clients in complex civil litigation matters. Her practice focuses primarily on first-party property insurance defense, where she has extensive experience handling claims involving residential losses, including hurricane, water, and other catastrophic damage.
Elif represents insurers through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and coverage analysis through discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation. Prior to joining the firm, Elif practiced at several respected litigation firms specializing in premises liability, negligent security and first party property matters, where she developed a strong foundation in insurance coverage and bad-faith litigation.
Elif graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Florida in 2014 and earned her Juris Doctor from Barry Law School in 2018, where she graduated Cum Laude and was the Managing Editor of the Law Review and received a High Honors Certificate in Litigation.
In her free time, Elif enjoys baking and going to Disney with her husband and two kids.

Maxwell Erd
Maxwell Erd is an Associate Attorney currently practicing first-party property out of our Longwood office. Mr. Erd attended the University of Central Florida obtaining his degree in Legal Studies and Finance. While earning this degree, Mr. Erd worked as a law clerk at a large insurance defense firm located in Maitland, Florida assisting on first-party property matters.
Following graduation, Mr. Erd attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. During law school, Mr. Erd worked as a law clerk in a boutique Plaintiffs firm in Lighthouse Point, Florida focusing on property litigation, personal injury, premises liability, sexual assault actions, wrongful death claims, and class actions.
Mr. Erd earned his Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University in 2019. Following graduation, Mr. Erd accepted a position with the firm he had previously clerked at during law school. During this time, Mr. Erd gained extensive experience handling hundreds of cases from pre-suit matters through litigation. After several years, Mr. Erd transitioned to insurance defense and has continued to diligently represent clients using the skills and expertise he learned throughout his career.
Mr. Erd is licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. When he is not practicing, Mr. Erd enjoys spending time traveling with his two dogs, tinkering with cars and motorcycles, and watching the Detroit Red Wings.

Anthony Moreland
Anthony C. Moreland is an Associate Attorney at Cambo Ferry. After graduating from high school, Mr. Moreland enlisted in the United States Army and served a 15-month combat deployment in Baghdad, Iraq, from October 2006 to February 2008. Mr. Moreland graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2013. He then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude in 2016. During his law school tenure, Mr. Moreland served as an Executive Board Member of the University of Miami’s National Security and Armed Conflict Law Review. He also served as member of both the Health Rights Clinic and Veterans’ Clinic where he assisted disabled veterans in securing and keeping disability benefits and ratings. He also worked to help clients of the clinics in obtaining citizenship status.
Mr. Moreland focuses his career in the areas of first party property coverage and defense for residential and commercial carriers. Mr. Moreland is licensed to practice in all Florida State courts and is licensed in the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida and United States District Court, Southern District of Florida.
